| I have been exchanging gifts with this friend for a while now. It all started by agreeing that we would only give things we made. Well, she is very busy and tends to remember my children in her gift-givings so when she doesn’t give me a handmade gift I understand but truly love the ones she does give me. So with that said, I have given her a gallery in my house. It is the bathroom. I treat my bathroom like any other room. I put time into decorating, buy pretty soaps, I only provide 2-ply(Cottonelle is preferred) and it is probably the cleanest room in the house. At least the most sterile with the amount of Lysol I spray in it. (Just look at all my product placement!) Now it came up recently that a bathroom gallery, is well, maybe, insulting? Well, it is not meant to be insulting. We have discussed this and she is going to keep creating so that the gallery eventually moves to other rooms of the house. Here is what she made this year.
A very dear friend made me, no the whole family, some cookies. Chocolate chip and they were yummy!
This is a picture of my children at my brothers wedding. His wife didn’t “make” the frame(I don’t think) but she did put the picture in it. Okay, it is just a shameless way to gaze at my beautiful children. I just love the way the two youngest are holding hands. My son looks so grown up with the eyebrows and glare. He was happy though he looks a little confused!

This is a picture of her “gallery”. The second one from the left is a picture of two of my children. That may be removed to fit in my new piece. The black thing in the corner is an eggcarton spider one of children made and it is hanging from the ceiling. It has been there since Halloween and will refuse to fall down.
